Freedom Learning Group’s mission is to help you with all of your content development needs. We begin with a complete assessment of your project to determine the most effective content delivery systems and supplemental materials, and we align that with your learning outcomes.
Our SMEs and content development teams create highly engaging content that focuses on our customer’s needs and the desired learning outcomes for the students.
All of our content development projects incorporate our C4® Accuracy Review Process.
The C4® Accuracy Review Process is a four-step review methodology that analyzes all content for accuracy, quality, and the desired learning outcomes.
Our goal is to provide you with error free, effective content. Our C4® Process has yielded a less than 1% unaddressed error rate per 1000 questions. Our review board consists of up to four different SMEs who are trained educators that not only review for accuracy, but also evaluate the content for the best instructional practices.
We stand behind our results. In the unlikely event that an error rate is higher than our guarantee after delivery, we will continue to support the project for up to 6 months to correct any uncovered errors.
Step One: Comprehensive Review
Our review team will do a thorough evaluation of the content for grammatical errors, format errors, clerical math errors, coding errors and instructional errors.
Step Two: Concurrence Review
During the concurrence review process, our team will analyze all errors discovered in the comprehensive review. Once completed, the reviewer will provide a concurrence/non-concurrence report based upon the first reviewer’s identification of the error and suggested corrective action and then will make the appropriate changes to the content.
Step Three: Corrective Review
In this stage, the review team will evaluate all changes made to the original content to ensure that the changes made have resolved the original errors. All changes made are considered new content and thus will require a new confirmation review for accuracy.
Step Four: Confirmation Review
This final step is the distinguishing feature of the C4® Accuracy Review Process. This unique element of our review methodology allows us to guarantee the integrity of our internal quality assurance process. The final confirmation review consists of a fourth independent, comprehensive review of 10% of all original content. At this stage, we bring in a new independent expert to review all three review steps to maintain the integrity of the blind sampling process and ensure the absence of human error throughout the entire review process.
